roh is lying to Koreans about how much his government has given to north Korea. Most of this cash is returning back to south to fund current elections and Roh's and Ban Ki Moon's party.
The question is how come 25 million Koreans who have alledgedly received billions in aid from the south are still poor and leave under extreeme poverty and without any type of freedom of speech or gathering?
why is ban ki moon not interested in the truth of where and how the south Korean money that was trusted to UN was spent in the north?
