Polling control people heard the sound and immediately stopped him and he hurriedly removed the photo. The poster was taken out at 7:30 in the morning after a voter reported it to the police. Democratic Party is fuming over the mistake, saying “how come election commission say the candidate who is obviously running dropped out?? We are considering filing a lawsuit for annulling the whole election.”

- President Roh Moo-hyun is registered as “000001” and First Lady as “000002” in the voter’s list.

- A sixty-five year old man suddenly collapsed during voting in Pocheon, Kyungki region. He was immediately taken to the hospital but dead. His death cause is not immediately known.

After polling he said “The government change should be done by people’s power and people’ hand. In order to do that all people should participate in polling. Please participate!.”
